The Myers Briggs Type Indicator is an established profiling survey which is leveraged in facilitated team-building discussions. During the group debrief session participants become more aware of their personal strengths and hot spots which either improve or hinder collaboration with their peers. The team learns to let go of personal biases and reflect on the value of other members’ contributions.  Team discussion generates commitments to operate differently and take advantage of varying styles in communicating and decision making.
